Everyone likes to hear people talk about medical procedures, right? Of course they do. This is it. Tomorrow I'm having an ERCP. Big fun. It's not really like Katie Couric's scope adventure. It actually sounds worse to me. But you'll have to ask me after tomorrow. One cool thing about this is the prep. Basically nothing! (Unlike many tests of this nature, where the prep is as bad as the procedure.) It's just nothing by mouth for 8 hours. Shoot, I can do that without even realizing it. I'm just hoping the drugs they give you are strong enough. Of course, I won't be able to get them from my local, mom & pop pharmacy.
