08/20/2008: "Theater"

Let's update the old audition chart. I finally went back to Deerfield, 4 years after my first attempt. And I must like "Bye Bye Birdie", auditioning for it less than two years after I was in it. But I think it's pretty unlikely I'll be in it a second time. There must have been 8 or 10 guys there tonight, and I'd cast most of them before me. And there's another night of auditions tomorrow. Of course, I pretty much guaranteed I'd not be cast by saying I was only interested in Harry MacAfee or Alberto. Realistically, it is in Deerfield, over 20 miles away, so I figure the part has to be worth the effort. And since I've already played Harry, I can't see accepting anything less. All of which means, I should be available to audition for Beauty & The Beast (I mean, Disney's Beauty & The Beast) in a couple weeks! Hmm. I don't really see me as a candelabra....
