Cooper: Diane, last night I dreamed I was eating a large, tasteless gumdrop, and awoke to discover I was chewing on one of my foam disposable earplugs. Perhaps I should consider moderating my nighttime coffee consumption.

03/18/2007: "Basements"

I wonder if there are people you can get to clean the dead bugs out of your basement. Because that would be sweet. I intended to do it myself today -- before it starts getting warm -- but it was just too overwhelming. I swept up a couple small spots before quitting, like around the one guitar amp that I left down there and a powerstrip where some old computer stuff is plugged in. (And it turns out they aren't 100% dead! The bugs, I mean.) I thought if I move some day, I'll want to be able to get to my stuff down there. But maybe I'll just leave it all behind. I'd kind of like my wireless router and dsl modem, but I suppose I could always get new ones. It would be a shame to leave the 800 copies of "One With Landru", though.

Chuck, have a garage sale this summer. You could unload homegrown music at a buck a piece. The objective is to sell the music..and the love..and altogether at a price that's practically "giving" it away. And $800 to boot? Well shoot, that's sweet, too.
