Movies
As I was watching "The Philadelphia Story" yesterday -- not for the first time -- it occurred to me that -- also not for the first time -- I don't think there's a movie Cary Grant did that I don't like. Perhaps I just like the Cary Grant. And I decided on a new little project for myself. (Never mind that there are already a million unfinished little projects in my head.) Starting with yesterday, and ignoring all that went before yesterday (I'd estimate I've seen about 9 of his flicks), I'm going to watch all of Cary Grant's movies. Not in a day or a week, but, you know, eventually. This may not, in fact, be possible -- he did an awful lot in the '30s -- but that never stopped me before. Actually collecting all of his movies would be an even cooler project, but I'm not going to go that far. Watching them all will be enough.
As of today, my Cary Grant project total is at one:
1. "The Philadelphia Story", 1940, also starring Katharine Hepburn & James Stewart
